Return and refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please send your item(s) back within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

The customer pays for the direct shipping cost of the return. We kindly ask you to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides a track & trace code.
When returning your items from outside of the EU, please make sure that your package is sent out free of importing taxes. We are unable to collect parcels from customs.
Please notice that the processing time for refunds can take up to five working days after arrival of the return.
We kindly ask you to only return a product in its original condition (avoiding stains and odours).
Please notice that sets and bundles are only refundable as a whole. The discount on retained products does not apply if a set or bundle gets only partially returned.
*Be aware that the return policy for orders including free gifts may vary depending on purchase value. You may possibly be charged for your free item if you decide to request a refund for returns. Size exchanges are excluded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
